For Your Consideration Nommos 2021

It’s nomination time for the 2021 Nommo Awards.  

This page provides you with links to works that you might find difficult to get hold of – please refer to the List of Published African SFF for those works readily available online and for clarity on those eligible for the 2021 voting period. As an ASFS member you can read online (but not download) valuable works for your consideration.  This page will be updated as new works are added.

To gain access to these works, you’ll need to fill in the Reader Request form and submit it online.

NOVELS:

Nick Wood's 'Water Must Fall' was published by NewCon Press in April 2020 (see attached below – fill in the Reader Request form form for password access).

Stephen Embleton's debut novel 'Soul Searching' was published by Guardbridge Books in August 2020 (please contact Guardbridge Books via their Facebook or Website if you do not have access to the novel).

  • Dilman Dila's 'A Fledgling Abiba' was published by Guardbridge Books in April 2020 (please contact Guardbridge Books via their Facebook or Website if you do not have access to the novella).
  • Oghenechovwe Donald Ekpeki's 'Ife-Iyoku, Tale of Imadeyunuagbon' was published by AURELIA LEO in Dominion, An Anthology of Speculative Fiction From Africa and the African Diaspora in August 2020 (see attached below – fill in the Reader Request form form for password access).
